That said, we are human and we want to treat people fairly. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or unwanted products. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
